Who runs this

CPV Radar is operated by Spas Spasov, Sofia, Bulgaria. For anything in this document, write to radar@cpvradar.com.

What we hold about you

• Your email address, so the morning report can reach you.
• Your company profile — the words describing what you do, and the thresholds tuned to your own judgements.
• An access key, a random string that stands in for a password. Your dashboard lives at an address containing that key.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for a name, a phone number, a company registration, an address or a payment card. There is no sign-up form.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
• No analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts. The site loads nothing from other domains.
• No cookies. The app stores your access key in your device's local storage so you do not have to type it again; clearing the app's data removes it.
• No profiling and no automated decisions about you.

Where the tender data comes from

Everything we show is public information published by contracting authorities: the Bulgarian national register and ISUN, TED, the European Commission, UN agencies, Freelancer, and cultural funding programmes. We read those sources; we do not send them anything about you.

Who else sees your data

• Resend delivers the email, so it processes your address and the contents of the report.
• Vercel hosts the site and, like any web host, keeps standard server logs of requests.

Nobody else. There are no other processors.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use the service, plus the time it takes us to act on a request to stop. Write to us and your profile, address and key are deleted; the next morning nothing goes out.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to the processing. One email to radar@cpvradar.com is enough, and we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Children

This is a tool for companies bidding on public contracts. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly hold data about them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anyone using the service is told in the morning email.
